Interested in the best personal training in Indianapolis? First, you start off by scheduling a free fitness assessment with us (via the phone or face-to-face). During your assessment, we go over all your measurements along with the expectations and goals that you have for yourself and us.
The more detailed, the better.
Then, we help you nail down exactly what you’re wanting to accomplish (build muscle, lose weight, etc.). Once you’ve finished your assessment, we go over the packages that we offer and what it entails. For custom workout plans and meal plans, turnaround time will be about one to two business days.
Package prices depend on frequency and client need.
