We provide a place for people to come and feel like they’re home. Stepping into ARC Fitness, you realize that you are more than a barcode and are an important part of the community. ARC Fitness is located in a small studio space on the southeast side of Indianapolis full of free weights, machines, cardio equipment, a brand new office space with a locker room *equipped with a shower/changing room* and sauna for members to utilize. We want to offer people who are brand new to the gym and veterans a place to get a great workout with a superior support system.
With a trainer always on staff, ARC Fitness is the place to go for not only a great workout but an education as well. Workouts of the week, written by CEO and Trainer Adam Cayce, offered as well as workouts written by the rest of the staff for each muscle group. Don’t see something that you need? Ask a staff member, someone is always here to help!

Adam Cayce began his personal training career over ten years ago with a mission to change lives. with a decade of experience Adam Continues to bring a unique approach to getting fit and living healthy. With his leadership ARC is rooted in self awareness and habit change. Adam has poured his life work into creating a space for individuals to come together and make real lasting change. An expert in his profession Adam is also a Professional Bodybuilder. Since 2013, he has competed in the NPC winning several titles including a 2018 Overall win in Classic Physique. Going on to earn his professional bodybuilding title in 2019. The level of knowledge and attention to detail Adam brings to every client experience is unmatched.
Jamie Bowen, Trainer

As a Veteran and a former Lead Instructor for an Experiential Outdoor School Jamie believes firmly in mindset. When building mental strength along side physical strength our clients are given tools for thinking with intention and making behavior change that will impact their lives in every facet and make. As a certified Personal Trainer Jamie applies her passion for the body continues to teach that if you don’t allow negativity to rule — you can make anything happen.
