During your assessment, we go over all your measurements along with the expectations and goals that you have for ARC. The more detailed, the better.
Then, we help you nail down exactly what you’re wanting to accomplish (i.e. build muscle, lose weight, etc.). Once you’ve finished your assessment, we go over the packages that we offer and what it entails. For custom workout plans and meal plans, turnaround time will be about one to two business days.
